Refund policy

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t, we’re here to help with returns for online orders. Vera Lane Collection stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of the original purchase date and retain credit up to 30 days for new item if purchase is considered to be damage as to no cause on consumer's behalf once return is approved by Vera Lane Collection. Item must be returned with no missing items and will receive an online store credit that can be used within 30 days of return date. Vera Lane Collection reserves the right to limit returns on large-quantity orders or seasonal closeouts. To ensure our customers an optimal shopping experience, we may limit or suspend the refund/return policy in circumstances of excessive use, abuse, or suspected fraud.

Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
